Pharmacy services are provided exclusively by Paw Paw Village Pharmacy, a licensed retail pharmacy located in Paw Paw, Michigan, and authorized to dispense medications in multiple states.

2. Eligibility

To use our website or register for services, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Parents or legal guardians may register on behalf of a minor child.

3. Prescription Requirements

All prescription medications must be authorized by a licensed prescriber. We cannot dispense prescription medications without valid prescriptions. Over-the-counter medications and supplements may also be included with prescriber authorization.

4. Consent to Contact and Prescription Transfer

By registering with PackMyRx, you authorize us to contact your physician or current pharmacy for prescription transfers and refill requests as necessary. You also consent to be contacted via phone, email, or text regarding your registration, prescriptions, or service updates.

5. Fees and Payment

Registration and packaging fees are disclosed during the online registration process. Payment for these services is due at the time of registration. Any copayments, uncovered medication costs, or applicable late fees will be charged to the payment method on file.

By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your account for the services rendered. In the event of a failed or reversed payment, you agree to reimburse PackMyRx for any fees or costs incurred during collection, including legal or banking fees.

All materials on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of PackMyRx or its affiliates and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
