By registering with our service,, once you finish the online registration process and complete the payment, you are authorizing us to transfer your prescriptions from your current pharmacy and you are authorizing us to contact your physician for refill requests.
We are not an online pharmacy. Pack My Rx LLC has been exclusively set up to offer the service of packaging medication for camps and boarding schools and offering a complete door to door service for any camp or boarding school located in states where Direct Meds of Florida is licensed to dispense medications. Direct Meds of Florida is a retail pharmacy in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Currently, it is licensed in the following additional states: Connecticut, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. At this time we can only service camps and Boarding schools located in those states.
Pack My Rx and Direct Meds of Florida require prescriptions for all medications that we dispense. Prescriptions may be mailed, E-prescribed, called in or faxed to Direct Meds of Florida. We will not dispense any prescription medication without a prescription. If you would like to include over the counter medications in the strip packages, those will need to have a doctor’s authorization note as well.
As the end user, you assume responsibility that you have sought medical guidance from your healthcare provider of choice and your child will be receiving the prescribed medication that they need. It is your responsibility to be aware of any and all side effects that could result from these medications. It is your responsibility make sure that all the information we receive is accurate to avoid any and all medication errors. We are not responsible for any medication errors arising out of your or your physician’s negligence.
The use of this service is available only to individuals over the age of 18, who can form legally binding agreements under applicable law. If you do not qualify, you are not permitted to use this website.
We charge fees for the service we provide. During registration, you will be indicated which fee corresponds to your particular case. There are different fees for camps than for boarding schools. Fees also vary depending on whether you only have non pill medications. Late fees also will be incurred. Please refer to all the details at the end of the registration process.
Fees need to be paid by PayPal. All other subsequent charges for any copayments, costs of medications not covered by insurance, costs of over the counter medications and supplements, and any late fees that apply to them will be charged to the credit card you provide us. By providing us with the credit card number and completing the registration, you agree to pay the fees and additional costs described above. In the event the account holder stops payment or intercepts a payment and fails to remit the fees in a timely manner, the Account Holder agrees to reimburse Pack My Rx for any and all fees and expenses, including any attorneys fees or bank charges charged to Pack My Rx, LLC in the attempt to collect such fees.
We are always open to suggestions, comments and feedback regarding our website. We, at Pack My Rx, LLC and Direct Meds of Florida, LLC reserve the right to use or publish and distribute any comments, questions or feedback you submit for any purpose, without restriction or compensation. For this reason, we ask that you only submit something you are willing to share.
Pack My Rx, LLC assigns you the responsibility for the confidentiality of your username and password. You are responsible for the uses of and the access to any and all health information inputted in our website. Please notify Pack My Rx, LLC, immediately, of any unauthorized use of the information you input into your profile.
